VIP rewards can add a little extra excitement to a casino account, especially when a high-tier gift is involved. At the pokies the loyalty ladder reaches Rhodium, where the published reward includes a new Lamborghini Huracán. Before expecting delivery, though, players should understand verification, account ownership and the limits of the available information.
How the pokies VIP gift is earned
The VIP programme uses 10 levels, beginning with Copper and progressing through Steel, Chrome, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Palladium, Titanium and Rhodium. The vehicle reward appears only at level 10, so it is separate from the smaller XP Redemption Bonuses and Wager Free Bonuses available at earlier stages.
The Rhodium reward and its place in the loyalty ladder
Rhodium requires 10,000,000 additional XP according to the published VIP table. Its listed reward is A$200,000 plus a new Lamborghini Huracán. The site does not publish the amount of wagering needed to earn each XP point, so the exact path to Rhodium cannot be calculated from the available information.
Identity matching protects a valuable reward
A high-value gift should be linked to one clearly verified player account. Registration requests a name, date of birth, email address and phone number, while the withdrawal process asks for matching personal and bank details. The terms also allow identity checks before a payout, even if verification was not requested earlier.
Which details should remain consistent
Use your own information throughout registration, deposits and withdrawals. Names, dates of birth, phone numbers and account details should not conflict. The site’s bonus rule also identifies one person through email, IP address and device, which makes duplicate accounts especially risky when a reward is being reviewed.
- Register with your legal name and correct date of birth.
- Use a payment method held in your own name.
- Keep your phone number and email account accessible.
- Answer verification requests with clear, current documents.
What delivery information is actually available
The published VIP information names the Rhodium gift but does not provide a delivery timetable, transport partner, location, insurance arrangement or vehicle specification. That does not prove a reward cannot be arranged; it means the practical delivery process must be confirmed directly with support before you rely on it.
Ask support before making plans
Support is advertised through 24/7 live chat and email. Ask for written confirmation of the reward conditions, the identity documents required, the delivery destination, any registration responsibilities and the expected timeframe. Keep copies of the conversation so each agreed detail is easy to check later.
the pokies verification steps to expect
Verification can happen at registration, during account activity or before a withdrawal. The available terms reserve the right to request proof, and reports from review platforms describe checks being requested at the withdrawal stage. A calm, organised response can reduce avoidable delays.
Prepare a clear document trail
Have suitable proof of identity and address available if support requests it, but send documents only through the casino’s official support or verification channel. Do not email sensitive records to an unverified contact. If a document is rejected, request the reason and the exact replacement required.
- Read the request carefully and note its deadline, if one is given.
- Check that your account details match the documents.
- Submit clear, complete files through the stated channel.
- Save confirmation and follow up if the response time passes.
VIP rewards compared with other account benefits
The loyalty ladder offers more than one type of reward. Bronze lists an A$40 XP Redemption Bonus and an A$25 Wager Free Bonus, while Gold lists A$600 for each. Platinum lists A$2,500 and A$3,000 respectively. These rewards may feel more immediate than a physical gift, but the site does not publish an XP earning rate, downgrade rule or personal-manager benefit.
| VIP level | Additional XP | XP Redemption Bonus | Wager Free Bonus |

Check the legal and practical position first
The Pokies is an offshore casino accepting Australian players, not a service licensed by an Australian regulator. ACMA issued a formal warning to Digibrite S.R.L in September 2025, and 56 The Pokies domains were listed as blocked on 18 September 2026. Before depositing or pursuing a VIP reward, read the current terms and consider independent information about gambling online.
Conclusion: confirm every delivery detail
The VIP gift is clearly stated in the Rhodium reward table, but delivery arrangements and identity-matching requirements are not fully published. Treat support confirmation as essential: verify the account name, document process, delivery terms and responsibilities before assuming a vehicle or other high-value reward is ready to ship. That simple check gives you a clearer, more realistic view of the offer.
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers cover the main points to check before pursuing a physical VIP reward.
What is the highest VIP level?
Rhodium is level 10, the highest published level. It requires 10,000,000 additional XP and lists A$200,000 plus a new Lamborghini Huracán. The rate at which wagering earns XP is not published, so the time or spend required cannot be estimated reliably.
Does the site publish a delivery timeframe?
No confirmed delivery timeframe is provided in the available VIP information. Ask support for the expected schedule, delivery location, registration arrangements and any conditions that apply. Request those details in writing before treating the reward as guaranteed for a particular date.
Can account details affect verification?
Yes. A mismatch between your registered name, date of birth, contact details or payment information can lead to further checks. Use your own details consistently and respond through an official channel. The terms allow identity verification before a payout or reward is completed.
Are VIP rewards available at every level?
Yes, the ladder lists XP Redemption Bonuses from Steel onward, with Wager Free Bonuses beginning at Bronze. The physical vehicle appears only beside Rhodium. The published table does not explain expiry dates, downgrade rules or how quickly XP is credited.
